The Workshop on “Stress Management” took place on 19th March 2021. It ran from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm at the Balakrishnan Block of Vavuniya Campus, Pambaimadu. The workshop was for all category staff of the Vavuniya Campus.
Dr. S. Suthakaran served as the resource person. He is a Senior Medical Officer at the Mental Health Unit, General Hospital, Vavuniya. Participants gained more knowledge about the consequences of mental health problems, depression, and addictions. In addition, they learned about stress and tips to resolve stress in the workplace.
