Workshop on Work Ethics & Academic, Administrative Accountability

The Workshop on “Work Ethics & Academic, Administrative Accountability” took place on 31st March 2021. It ran from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm at the Balakrishnan Block of Vavuniya Campus, Pambaimadu. Academic and Administrative Staff of the Vavuniya Campus attended. Prof. Ranjith Wijewardana served as the resource person for this workshop. He is a Senior Professor at the Department of Economics & Management, Vavuniya Campus of the University of Jaffna. He is also the Former Vice-Chancellor of Rajarata University of Sri Lanka. Participants gained more knowledge about Professional Standards and Development, Workplace Ethics, and Work Loads for academics. In addition, they learned about Academic freedom and Steps in Change management.
