On 11 March 2026, from 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. The session was delivered bilingually in Tamil and English, ensuring inclusivity and active participation from adiverse group of staff members across the University. The workshop, facilitated by Dr. D. Kalaiamuthan, focused on enhancing service excellence by emphasizing the value of every role within the institution. Through engaging discussions and practical examples, participants gained a deeper understanding of how individual contributions collectively influence institutional success. The session highlighted key themes such as teamwork, effective communication, professionalism, and a positive service mindset. As an outcome, participants demonstrated increased awareness of their responsibilities and the importance of delivering quality service in their respective roles.
