The Staff Development Centre, in collaboration with Health Centre, University of Vavuniya, organized the Workshop on “Positive Parenting” on 13th September 2023 from 02.00 pm to 04.30 pm. It was held at the Balakrishnan Block (BH3 & BH4 Hall) in the Faculty of Business Studies, University of Vavuniya.
Dr. S. Sivathas, Psychiatrist attached to the Teaching Hospital, Jaffna, served as the resource person for the Tamil medium session. Dr. Dimuthu Mahendra, Psychiatrist attached to General Hospital, Vavuniya, served as the resource person for the Sinhala medium session.
A total of 61 participants participated under Tamil medium session and 11 participants participated under Sinhala medium.
