The University of Vavuniya proudly took part in the RUSL Relay Carnival 2025. The Department of Physical Education at Rajarata University of Sri Lanka organised the event. It took place on Sunday, 27th July 2025, at the university grounds in Mihintale.
A total of 12 athletes represented the University of Vavuniya. Two other universities also competed: the University of Peradeniya and Rajarata University of Sri Lanka.

Our athletes competed across five track events. The team secured third place in every event. Below is a summary of all results.
