The University of Vavuniya, Faculty of Applied Science has issued a notice regarding the collection of Applied Science exam admission cards for the First Semester Examination – June 2022. Students who are due to sit for the forthcoming examinations must collect their admission cards during office hours at the Office of the Assistant Registrar, Faculty of Applied Science.

This notice applies to students sitting the following examinations:

  • Second Examination in Applied Mathematics and Computing / Environmental Science / IT / ICT – 2020 intake, First Semester and old syllabus
  • Third Examination in Computer Science – 2020 intake, First Semester

Applied Science exam admission card – collection details

Students registered for the above First Semester Examinations at the University of Vavuniya are required to collect their Applied Science exam admission card in person. The following conditions apply:

  • Admission cards must be collected during regular office hours.
  • Students must present their valid Student Identity Card when collecting the admission card.
  • The collection point is the Office of the Assistant Registrar, Faculty of Applied Science, University of Vavuniya.
  • Admission cards will not be issued without a valid Student Identity Card.

Students who fail to collect their Applied Science exam admission card before the examination date may not be permitted to sit the examination. It is the student’s responsibility to collect the card within the specified period.

About the First Semester Examination – June 2022

The Faculty of Applied Science at the University of Vavuniya conducts the First Semester Examination in June 2022 for multiple degree programmes including Applied Mathematics and Computing, Environmental Science, IT, ICT, and Computer Science. Students from the 2020 intake as well as those following the old syllabus are covered under this notice.
