The workshop on “Occupational Health & Safety” was organised by the Staff Development Centre, University of Vavuniya, on 19th October 2023, from 09.00 am to 12.00 noon, at the Smart Lecture Hall, Faculty of Applied Science, University of Vavuniya, for non-academic staff. Mr.Rohan Vipula, coach/trainer for fire safety/health, safety, and environment and lead auditor for the ISO 45001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015, served as the resource person for this workshop. A total of 42 participants participated in this Tamil-medium workshop. Participants queried various matters they experienced related to chemicals and gained more knowledge about the Hazardous and SHE Management System.
