If you have successfully completed your degree requirements, you can now collect your official academic statements and transcripts. However, you must follow the designated timeline and guidelines detailed below to ensure a smooth collection process.
Schedule for Document Collection
The university will issue these academic documents only during a specific one-week window. Therefore, students must plan their campus visit accordingly:
- Collection Period: From 24.11.2025 to 28.11.2025
- Time: During official university office hours (8:30 AM – 4:15 PM)

- Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Computing (Faculty of Applied Science)

Mandatory Steps Before Collection
To avoid delays at the counter, you must satisfy three primary conditions. Consequently, the Examination Branch cannot issue any official documentation until you complete these steps:
1. Clear All Campus Dues
First, you must hand over a fully completed No-Claim Form directly to the office staff. This form successfully proves that you have returned all library books and university property.
2. Pay the Document Fee Online
Second, you are required to pay a mandatory administrative fee of Rs. 600/- before collection.
- You must process this payment online via the official university payment gateway system.
- You can complete your transaction securely by visiting the University of Vavuniya Payments Portal.
- Note: Remember to print out your electronic payment receipt, because you must submit a physical copy.
3. Verify Your Identity In-Person
Finally, the university strongly encourages students to collect their academic statements and transcripts in person. Please bring your National Identity Card (NIC) or Student Record Book for quick verification.
