The Staff Development Centre of the University of Vavuniya organises the Induction Programme Academic Staff (IPAS) 2026 as part of the Certificate of Teaching in Higher Education (CTHE). This Induction Programme Academic Staff targets staff from State, Non-State, and other academic institutions. Well-trained leading professionals from Sri Lanka and abroad conduct the programme. The course consists of 10 modules covering a total of 150 hours of contact sessions and 180 hours of self-learning.
