The Faculty of Technological Studies invites all eligible students to submit their FTS Examination Application 2025 for the First and Second Semester Examinations scheduled for August/September 2025. This call covers students of the Academic Year 2023/2024. Therefore, all students must apply online through the System for Examination Entry (SEE) at https://see.vau.ac.lk.

The SEE system opens on 1st August 2025. Consequently, students must submit their examination entry form on or before 8th August 2025.

How to Submit Your FTS Examination Application 2025

Students submit their applications entirely online. Follow these steps carefully:

  1. First, visit the System for Examination Entry
  2. Next, log in using the username and password sent to your registered email address
  3. Then, complete and submit your examination entry form before 8th August 2025
  4. Finally, pay examination fees (Repeat and MC candidates only) at the Shroff Counter of the Finance Branch, University of Vavuniya, after the Dean approves your application

  • First Examination in Information and Communication Technology – 2024 First Semester
  • First Examination in Information and Communication Technology – 2023 Second Semester
  • Second Examination in Information and Communication Technology – 2023 Second Semester
  • Third Examination in Information and Communication Technology – 2023 First Semester

Important Instructions for Students

Students must note the following before submitting their FTS Examination Application:

  • Access the SEE system at https://see.vau.ac.lk or use the QR code on the official notice
  • The university sent login credentials to your registered university email — check your inbox promptly
  • Visit https://fts.vau.ac.lk to watch the faculty video clip on how to apply
  • Retain your username and password throughout your entire period of studentship
  • The Dean must approve your application before you pay any examination fees at the Shroff Counter

Submission Deadline: 8th August 2025

In conclusion, students who miss this deadline will not receive an extension. Act promptly and submit your application on time.
