The Faculty of Business Studies invites all eligible students to submit their FBS Examination Application 2025 for the First Semester Examination scheduled for September/October 2025. This call applies to students of the Academic Year 2023/2024. Therefore, applications must be submitted online through the System for Examination Entry (SEE) at https://see.vau.ac.lk.

The online system opens on 15th August 2025. Consequently, all students must submit their examination entry form on or before 20th August 2025.

How to Submit Your FBS Examination Application 2025

Students submit applications entirely online through the SEE system. Follow the steps below:

  1. First, visit the System for Examination Entry
  2. Next, log in using the username and password sent to your registered email address
  3. Then, complete and submit your examination entry form before 20th August 2025
  4. Finally, pay examination fees (Repeat and MC candidates only) at the Shroff Counter of the Finance Branch, University of Vavuniya, after the Dean approves your application

Business Management

  • First, Second, Third, and Fourth Examination in Business Management 2024 First Semester

Project Management

  • First, Second, Third, and Fourth Examination in Business Management in Project Management 2024 First Semester
  • Fourth Examination in Business Management in Project Management 2023 First Semester

Banking and Insurance

  • First, Second, and Third Examination in Business Management in Banking & Insurance 2024 First Semester

Important Instructions for Students

Students must note the following key points before submitting their application:

  • Access the SEE system via https://see.vau.ac.lk or scan the QR code on the official notice
  • The university sent login credentials to your registered university email address — check your inbox promptly
  • Retain your username and password throughout your period of studentship at the University of Vavuniya
  • The Dean must approve your application before you pay examination fees at the Shroff Counter

Submission Deadline: 20th August 2025
