FBS Collect Admission Cards – Third and Fourth Examinations Notice
The Faculty of Business Studies (FBS) at the University of Vavuniya announces that all students must FBS collect admission cards for the Third and Fourth Examinations immediately. This is an urgent notice for all registered undergraduate students of the faculty. Therefore, students must visit the faculty office and collect their cards within the announced collection period.
Who Must Collect Admission Cards
All undergraduate students of the Faculty of Business Studies sitting the Third and Fourth Examinations must collect their admission cards without delay. Furthermore, students from all degree programs and all years must participate in this collection process. Moreover, the faculty will not permit any student to enter the examination hall without a valid admission card.
FBS Collect Admission Cards – Dates and Venue
Students must visit the Faculty of Business Studies office during working hours to collect their examination admission cards. Additionally, the office operates from Monday to Friday during normal university working hours. Students should collect their cards early and avoid arriving on the last day to prevent unnecessary delays.
What to Bring for Collection
When visiting the faculty office to collect admission cards, students must carry the following documents. First, bring your valid university student identity card as proof of enrollment. Next, carry your course registration confirmation for the current semester. Additionally, bring any fee clearance documents if the faculty requires them. Finally, contact your academic coordinator in advance if you cannot collect your card in person.
Important Rules for Admission Cards
Students must not misplace, share, or transfer their admission cards under any circumstances. Consequently, lost or damaged cards require immediate reporting to the Faculty of Business Studies office. Moreover, the university charges a replacement fee for any lost admission card. Therefore, store your card safely immediately after collection.
