FTS Collect Admission Cards – Faculty of Technological Studies Notice

The Faculty of Technological Studies (FTS) at the University of Vavuniya announces that all students must FTS collect admission cards for the upcoming semester examinations. This is an urgent notice for every registered undergraduate student of the faculty. Therefore, students must visit the faculty office and collect their cards within the announced collection period without delay.

Who Must Collect Admission Cards

All undergraduate students of the Faculty of Technological Studies sitting semester examinations must collect their admission cards immediately. Furthermore, students from all degree programs and all academic years must participate in this process. Moreover, the faculty will not allow any student to enter the examination hall without presenting a valid admission card.

FTS Collect Admission Cards – Dates and Venue

Students must visit the Faculty of Technological Studies office during normal working hours to collect their examination admission cards. Additionally, the office operates from Monday to Friday throughout the collection period. Students should collect their cards as early as possible and avoid visiting on the final day to prevent long queues and unnecessary delays.

What to Bring for Collection

When visiting the faculty office to collect admission cards, students must bring the following documents. First, carry your valid university student identity card as proof of enrollment. Next, bring your course registration confirmation for the current semester. Additionally, present any fee clearance documents the faculty requires. Finally, contact your academic coordinator in advance if you are unable to collect your card in person.

Important Rules for Admission Cards

Students must keep their admission cards safe at all times after collection. Consequently, lost or damaged cards require immediate reporting to the Faculty of Technological Studies office. Moreover, the university charges a replacement fee for every lost admission card. Therefore, handle your card with care and store it securely from the moment you collect it.

Before Your Examination

Students must check all printed details on their admission cards immediately after collection. Furthermore, verify your full name, index number, subject list, and assigned examination venue carefully. Report any errors or discrepancies to the faculty office right away. Finally, carry your admission card to every examination session throughout the entire examination period without exception.
