FBS Admission Cards Collection – University of Vavuniya Notice

The Faculty of Business Studies (FBS) at the University of Vavuniya announces the FBS Admission Cards Collection process for all undergraduate students. Students must collect their admission cards before sitting for semester examinations. Therefore, read this notice carefully and act without delay.

FBS Admission Cards Collection – Who Must Apply

All registered undergraduate students of the Faculty of Business Studies must complete this process. Furthermore, students from all years and degree programs must participate. The faculty will not permit any student to enter an examination without a valid admission card.

Collection Dates and Venue Students must visit the Faculty of Business Studies office during the announced collection period. Additionally, the office operates during normal working hours from Monday to Friday. Students should collect their admission cards early and avoid last-minute visits.

FBS Admission Cards Collection – What to Bring

When visiting the office for the admission cards collection, students must carry the following:

  • Valid university student identity card
  • Completed course registration confirmation
  • Any outstanding fee clearance documents if required
  • A signed letter from your coordinator if collecting on someone’s behalf

Important Rules Students must not share or transfer admission cards under any circumstances. Moreover, lost or damaged cards require immediate reporting to the faculty office. The university charges a replacement fee for any lost card. Therefore, store your admission card safely after collection.

Before Your Examination Check all printed details on your card immediately after collection. Consequently, verify your name, index number, subject list, and examination venue carefully. Report any errors to the faculty office right away. Finally, keep your card with you throughout the entire examination period.
