The Silver Jubilee and 4th Research Conference on Business Studies marks an important academic milestone for the University of Vavuniya. The Faculty of Business Studies organizes this 25th Silver Jubilee celebration along with the 4th Research Conference on Business Studies (RCBS – 2022), which takes place on 4th, 5th, and 6th July 2022.
The conference theme, “Business Readiness to the Pandemic: A Time for Paradigm Shift,” focuses on how businesses adapt to global challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Researchers, academics, and industry professionals share insights on business transformation, digital innovation, and sustainable economic recovery.
This conference brings together leading professional bodies and industry partners. The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Certified Management Accountants (CMA) Sri Lanka, Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM), Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka (IBSL), and Project Management Institute (PMI) Sri Lanka Chapter support this event as exclusive partners. Their involvement strengthens the link between academic research and industry practice.
