The Vavuniya Toastmasters Club and Gavel Club Inauguration took place on 12th July 2023 at the TLH1 Lecture Hall of the Faculty of Technology, University of Vavuniya. The Career Guidance Unit and the Staff Development Centre organized the event successfully.
The program aimed to improve communication, leadership, and public speaking skills among students and staff members. In addition, the event encouraged participants to build confidence and develop professional skills.
Many students, academic staff, and invited guests attended the inauguration ceremony. Furthermore, the organizers introduced the objectives and future activities of both clubs during the event.
