Procurement of Laboratory Equipment – University of Vavuniya Tender Notice U/V/F/NCB/03/2026
The University of Vavuniya invites sealed bids for the Laboratory Equipment Tender 2026 Vavuniya. Moreover, the Vice Chancellor issued this notice on behalf of the Department Procurement Committee.
Tender Details
The university will conduct bidding through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure. Therefore, bidders must have at least five years of experience in the relevant field in Sri Lanka.

You can download bidding documents from 18.05.2026 to 08.06.2026 from vau.ac.lk. First, pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,500.00 via the University payment portal. Then, attach the payment success report with your documents. You can pay via vau.ac.lk / Payments / External Payments / Non-refundable Tender Fee. Alternatively, scan the QR code in the official notice.
Bid Security and Submission
All bids must include a Bid Security of Rs. 100,000.00. The security must remain valid for 147 days until 01.11.2026. Furthermore, the bank must be licensed and registered with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.Submit your original and duplicate bids to the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, University of Vavuniya, Mannar Road, Pambaimadu. The deadline is 09.06.2026 at 2.00 pm.
