Invitation for Bids UOV – Hiring of Skilled, Semi-Skilled and Unskilled Labourers 2026/2027
The University of Vavuniya has issued a Procurement Notice: Invitation for Bids UOV for hiring skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labourers for the period 2026/2027. The university invites sealed bids from registered Labour Suppliers/community-based organizations and institutes to obtain skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labourers.
How to Submit Bids:
- Bidders can collect bid forms from the Assistant Registrar, General Administration, University of Vavuniya, Pampaimadu
- Dates: 06 April 2026 to 27 April 2026
- Time: 9.00 AM to 3.00 PM
- Bidders must produce a written request along with the receipt for Rs. 3,000/= as a non-refundable fee for each bid, paid via the Payment Gateway
- Bidders must attach the payment success report to the original bidding documents

- Date: 21 April 2026
- Time: 10.00 AM
- Venue: Board Room, IT Centre, University of Vavuniya, Pampaimadu
- The university strongly advises bidders to attend

- Last date and time for collection of Bid Documents: 27 April 2026 (Monday), 2.00 PM
- Closing date and time for submission of bids: 28 April 2026 (Tuesday), 2.30 PM
Bid Opening: The university will open bids soon after the closing time at the Board Room, IT Centre, University of Vavuniya, Pampaimadu.
