Who Is Eligible?

Students registered at the University of Vavuniya in 2019 (Academic Year 2017/2018) or in 2020 (Academic Year 2018/2019) are eligible. Furthermore, only those who paid the Rs.500 laboratory deposit during their enrollment period can apply. Consequently, if you fall into either category, you must act immediately.

How to Submit Your Claim

Submitting your refundable laboratory deposit claim is straightforward. First, write a formal request letter to the Bursar of the University of Vavuniya. Then, submit it on or before 20th June 2025. Additionally, include your enrollment details and academic year clearly. Therefore, incomplete letters may cause delays.

Important Deadline – 20th June 2025

The deadline is 20th June 2025. However, if you miss this date, the University of Vavuniya will transfer your deposit to the Development Fund. Moreover, once transferred, it will not be refunded under any circumstances. So, act without delay.
