The Vice Chancellor, University of Vavuniya, on behalf of the Department Procurement Committee, issues this amended procurement notice for the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of All-In-One Desktop Computers (UV/F/NCB/05/2025). Accordingly, the University invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders under the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure.
Eligibility Criteria
First of all, bidders must have at least five (05) years of experience in supplying and delivering computer hardware or related ICT equipment in Sri Lanka. Therefore, only experienced suppliers are encouraged to apply.

However, a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,500.00 must be paid to any branch of the Bank of Ceylon in favor of the University of Vavuniya.
