Student Identity Card Issuance – Final Call
The Examination Branch of University of Vavuniya wishes to inform all students that the issuance of student identity cards is currently in progress. The branch normally issues student identity cards on the official registration day. However, several students who enrolled after the registration period have not yet collected their identity cards.
To support student services and avoid inconvenience during examinations, the Examination Branch has arranged a final opportunity for students to obtain their student identity cards. Students who have not yet received their ID card should visit the Examination Branch on or before 10th December 2025 during normal office hours.
The university strongly advises students to complete this process without delay. The student identity card is an essential document for academic and administrative activities within the university. Students must present their identity card when entering examination halls, accessing university facilities, and attending official academic activities.
Please note that the university will not permit students to enter the examination hall without a valid student identity card after the given deadline. Therefore, all students should take the necessary steps to collect their ID cards before the commencement of the semester examinations.
