Internal Transfer UOV – Non-Academic Staff Notice

The Establishments Branch, University of Vavuniya has issued a notice on internal transfer UOV for permanent Non-Academic Staff. As per Internal Establishments Circular Letter No. 02/2022, applications for internal transfer are invited from Management Assistants, Works Aides, and Laboratory Attendants.

Key Details:

  • Eligibility: Employees who have served five (5) years or more in one place as at 31.07.2023 must apply for the transfer
  • Employees retained from transfer in the last year by the Head of Department, based on exigencies of service, must also apply this year
  • Deadline: Eligible staff must submit applications to the Establishments Branch on or before 07.08.2023
  • Application Form: Available from the Establishments Branch or downloadable from the university website
