The Examination Branch, University of Vavuniya, has issued Examination Admission Cards for the Faculty of Applied Science First Semester Examinations – December 2025/January 2026. Students must collect their admission cards from 11th December 2025 onwards. Cards are available during office hours at the Office of the Assistant Registrar, Faculty of Applied Science. Students must bring their Student Identity Cards when collecting them.
This notice applies to students sitting for the following examinations. These include the First, Second, Third, and Fourth Examinations in Applied Mathematics and Computing, Computer Science, Environmental Science, and Information Technology – 2024 First Semester. All eligible students must ensure they obtain their Examination Admission Cards before the examinations commence.
Students must collect their cards before the examinations begin. Without a valid admission card, students cannot sit for their examinations. Therefore, all eligible students must visit the Office of the Assistant Registrar as early as possible. Furthermore, students must produce their Student Identity Cards at the time of collection. This is a mandatory requirement and applies to all students without exception.
The Faculty of Applied Science covers programmes in Applied Mathematics and Computing, Computer Science, Environmental Science, and Information Technology. Students from all these programmes must collect their Examination Admission Cards from the designated office. Moreover, students should check the examination timetable carefully and attend all scheduled papers on time.
Any student facing difficulties must contact the Office of the Assistant Registrar, Faculty of Applied Science, immediately. The university encourages all students to plan ahead and avoid last-minute delays. Timely collection of Examination Admission Cards ensures a smooth and stress-free start to the examination period.
