Cloak Collection Notice – University of Vavuniya

This cloak collection notice is for graduands of the Vavuniya Campus of the University of Jaffna. Graduands may collect their cloaks from the Academic Affairs and Publication Branch, 2nd Floor, Library Building, University of Vavuniya. Collection days are 05.10.2026 (Monday) and 06.10.2026 (Tuesday).

Cloak Collection Dates

Graduands can collect their cloaks on the following days:

  • 05.10.2026 (Monday)
  • 06.10.2026 (Tuesday)

Please plan your visit on one of these two days. Moreover, we advise graduands to arrive early and to bring their identity card.

Issuing Location for the Cloak Collection

Cloaks will be issued at the following place:

  • Academic Affairs and Publication Branch
  • 2nd Floor, Library Building
  • University of Vavuniya

In addition, the Library Building is easy to reach from the main entrance, and the branch is on the second floor. Therefore, graduands should go straight to the second floor when they arrive.
