The Industry and Community Interaction Cell (ICIC), Faculty of Business Studies, University of Vavuniya, hosted the Third Awarding and Fourth Inauguration Ceremony for the Certificate in Professional English on 28th June 2025. The event took place at SH 4, University of Vavuniya. It celebrated the achievements of the third batch and welcomed the fourth batch of students into the programme.
Certificate in Professional English – Ceremony Highlights
The ceremony marked a proud milestone for the university’s professional development initiatives. A total of 49 students received their certificates for successfully completing the Certificate in Professional English course. Furthermore, 30 new students were officially enrolled in the fourth batch during the inauguration segment of the event.

Student Eligibility Results
Of the third batch participants, 49 students were eligible and received their certificates at the 28th June 2025 ceremony. Two students were not eligible for certification at this time.
