Certificate in Sign Language 2025/2026
The Centre for Distance and Continuing Education (CDCE) at the University of Vavuniya invites applications for the Certificate in Sign Language 2025/2026. This SLQF Level 1 course runs for three months, with lectures conducted on weekends. The course fee is Rs. 15,000, and the closing date for applications is 11 January 2026.
Applicants must be at least 17 years old. Persons with disabilities must have completed Grade 05 in the primary level of education, while other applicants must have completed the secondary level. No prior knowledge of sign language is required.
