Cultural Centre partnering with the International Division of the University of Vavuniya, in collaboration with UI. Y. Yakolev Chuvash State Pedagogical University, Russia, inaugurate the opening of the Centre of Russian Language and Culture at the University of Vavuniya on 15th March, 2023.
