The AI for Office Efficiency – Hands-on Training Programme for Government Officers commenced successfully today at the IT Centre, University of Vavuniya.

Around 30 government officers have enrolled in this practical training programme, which will be conducted over five consecutive Saturdays. The course features six resource persons who will provide hands-on training on the effective use of Artificial Intelligence to improve workplace productivity and administrative efficiency.

The inaugural session was delivered by Dr S. Kirushanth, who introduced participants to the growing role of AI in modern office environments and its practical applications in daily government operations.

This programme is one of the many initiatives undertaken by the University of Vavuniya to serve the Vanni community through academic excellence, professional capacity building, and knowledge sharing.
