Our university badminton (men & women), basketball (women), table tennis (men & women), and volleyball (men & women) teams participated in the University International Sports Festival 2023 in Ekaterinburg, Russia, from 18th to 31st August 2023. There were 41 students and 4 officials who participated in this sports festival. This is the first time a larger number of students from one university participated in the international tournament in Sri Lankan university history.
