The Multi Religious Leaders Harmony Centre at the University of Vavuniya hosted a special dialogue visit on 6th February 2023. The visit was organized under the theme “Delegation of Multi Religious Leaders from South to North.”
Twenty Senior Buddhist Monks attended the event. Twenty other religious leaders also participated. The visit was organized in collaboration with the Zam Zam Foundation, located at 20/11 Carron Place, Sri Saranankara Road, Kalubowila, Dehiwela, Sri Lanka.
The delegates visited the Harmony Centre of the University of Vavuniya. They discussed the centre’s activities and future collaboration opportunities. Key topics included student exchange programmes, academic exchange initiatives, and promoting social harmony across Sri Lanka.
The delegation also met Prof. T. Mangaleswaran, Vice Chancellor of the University of Vavuniya. They interacted with students and staff members during the visit.
