Notice: Name Confirmation for Transcript and Degree Certificate

This Name Confirmation Transcript Degree notice requests all Faculty of Business Studies students to confirm the spelling and spacing of their names as listed in the table below. The Examination Branch, University of Vavuniya, will use the confirmed name for the Transcript, Statement of Results, and Degree Certificate.

How to Request a Correction

Students who notice an error must inform the Examination Branch through the Faculty of Business Studies AR office on or before 28th August 2026, by submitting:

  • A request letter addressed to the Examination Branch
  • An affidavit confirming the correct full name in English

Students should hand over these documents to the AR office at the Faculty of Business Studies. Please note that the university will not consider requests submitted after the deadline under any circumstances.
