The Knowledge and Technology Transfer Office (KTTO), University of Vavuniya, organized and facilitated a Brainstorming Session under the NURTURE Project on 12th August 2026 from 1.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. at the Smart Lecture Hall, Faculty of Applied Science, University of Vavuniya. The session brought together academic staff to discuss and generate innovative ideas aligned with the objectives and activities of the NURTURE Project. It provided an interactive platform for participants to share their knowledge and expertise, explore potential opportunities, identify areas for collaboration, and develop practical ideas to support the effective implementation and future development of the project. The session also aimed to promote innovation, knowledge sharing, interdisciplinary collaboration, and meaningful academic engagement in contributing to the overall goals of the NURTURE Project.
The session will also include a series of interactive group activities designed to promote teamwork, creative thinking, and knowledge sharing among academic staff. Participants will work in groups to brainstorm innovative ideas, identify key challenges and potential solutions, and explore opportunities for research, innovation, technology transfer, and community impact aligned with the objectives of the NURTURE Project. Through collaborative discussions and concept development, each group will develop and present potential initiatives.
