Vavuniya Hostel Tender Key Dates and Security
- Bid validity: up to 11.09.2026
- Bid security: LKR 2,500,000.00 in favor of the Vice Chancellor, University of Vavuniya, from a Commercial Bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. It must be “on demand” and “unconditional”, valid up to 09.10.2026.
- Pre-bid meeting: 13.03.2026, 10:00 am, Board Room, Administration Block (IT Centre), University of Vavuniya
- Submission deadline: 11:00 am, 17.04.2026. Deposit sealed bids in the Tender Box at the Deputy Registrar’s Office (Capital Works & Planning Division). Bids will be opened soon after closing at the Board Room, and bidders or their representatives should attend. Late bids will be rejected.
