The Capital Works & Planning Unit of the University of Vavuniya plays a vital role in the strategic development and infrastructure growth of the University. The Unit is responsible for planning, designing, and monitoring capital projects to ensure that the University’s physical environment supports its academic, research, and administrative needs.
Our primary focus is to develop a sustainable, functional, and modern university that reflects the University’s vision of becoming a centre of excellence in higher education. We work in close collaboration with university authorities, government agencies, and professional consultants to deliver projects that enhance teaching, learning, research, and student life.
