As an MoU partner of the University of Vavuniya, Chuvash I. Yakovlev State Pedagogical University arranged a three-day basic Russian language programme for University of Vavuniya students. A total of 59 students participated in this programme and completed their three-day course.
Finally, the certificate awarding ceremony was held on 14th August 2025 at the IT Centre Board Room, University of Vavuniya.
