Outbound Training Programme
The Staff Development Centre of the University of Vavuniya organized the Outbound Training Programme at General Sir John Kotelawala Defense University (KDU) from 3rd May to 5th May 2024, and thirty Academic & Administrative staff members from University of Vavuniya participated. The training programme comprises both Visit to the Faculties of KDU and KDU Hospital at Ratmalana and a residential training program at Sooriyawewa Campus. Residential training program was useful for the participants in the development of both interpersonal (Effective communication, Team Building and Interaction) and intrapersonal (Self-Motivation, Self-discipline, Adaptability/ Resilience and Meal etiquette) skills.
