I held the Inauguration Ceremony of the Advanced Certificate in Women Empowerment in Politics – Batch on 11th June 2023 at the CDCE, University of Vavuniya, Park Road, Vavuniya. This event marks the launch of an innovative program focused on empowering women to actively participate in politics and leadership roles. The ceremony was honoured by distinguished guests including Prof. T. Mangaleswaran (Vice Chancellor of the University of Vavuniya), Mr S. A. Jude Leon (Director of the CDCE), Mrs. S. Mathivathany (Course Coordinator), and Mrs T. Piranavamalar (Assistant Registrar of the CDCE). The ceremony highlights the University’s commitment to promoting gender equality and equipping women with the skills necessary for political engagement and leadership.
