Visit of the delegates from Chuvash State Pedagogical University

The Cultural Centre of the University of Vavuniya has organized an Inauguration Ceremony of the Russian language course on 21^st of September 2023 in the University of Vavuniya.

Vice-Chancellor Prof. T. Mangaleswaran, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences Prof. Elena Khrisanova, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Ms. Svetlana Ilina, Chuvash State Pedagogical University, Director, Cultural Centre, Mr. S. S. Suthaharan,  Deans of Faculties, Registrar, Bursar, Librarian, Heads of Departments, staff and students of the university were present on the occasion.
