The Centre for Gender Equity and Equality (CGEE) of the University of Vavuniya, in collaboration with the Leo Club of the University of Vavuniya, successfully organized an event to celebrate International Women’s Day on Wednesday, March 12, 2025.
The event was graced by the presence of prominent figures, including committee members of the Centre for Gender Equity and Equality, faculty members, Women Development Officials, and enthusiastic students. Their active participation reflected the significance of the occasion and the collective commitment to recognizing and appreciating the contributions of women in society
