The Inauguration Ceremony of the Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management – (Batch – I) was held on 20th May 2023 at the CDCE, University of Vavuniya, Park Road, Vavuniya. This event marks the official launch of a new academic program aimed at empowering individuals with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in entrepreneurship and small business management. The ceremony was honoured by distinguished guests including Prof.T.Mangaleswaran (Vice Chancellor of the University of Vavuniya), Mr S. A. Jude Leon (Director of the CDCE), Mr P.Sasitharan (Course Coordinator), and Mrs.T.Piranavamalar (Assistant Registrar of the CDCE).
