The Centre for International Affairs (CFIA), University of Vavuniya plans to start a Russian Language ourse in August 2025 (for a three to four weeks) with the collaboration of Chuvash Pedagogical University, Cheboksary, Russia. Therefore, we invite applications from students from University of Vavuniya.
