Advanced Certificate Course in Media Literacy and Journalism of the Harmony Centre, UOV officially inaugurated on 28th of May 2023 at the University Premises, Park Road, Vavuniya Town under the Director, Harmony Center, UOV. Prof. T. Mangaleswaran, the Vice Chancellor of the University, attended as the Chief Guest, and Mr. J. Yograj, a Media Consultant (SLRC), Dr. S. Senthan, the Co-Director of the UK’s Centre for Media and Human Rights, and Mr. N. Kabilnath, a Senior Media Journalist from the Vavuniya District attended as Special Guests.
