I held the Inauguration Ceremony of the Higher Diploma in English – Batch on 1st February 2023 at the CDCE, University of Vavuniya, Park Road, Vavuniya. This event marks the official launch of the Higher Diploma program, designed to enhance English language skills and proficiency. The ceremony was honoured by distinguished guests including Prof.T.Mangaleswaran (Vice Chancellor of the University of Vavuniya), Mr.N. Rajavishahan (Registrar of the University of Vavuniya), Prof.Y.Nanthagopan (Dean, Faculty of Business Studies), Mr.L.Ram Ramanan (Bursar of the University of Vavuniya), Mr S. A. Jude Leon (Director of the CDCE), Prof. Jeyaseelan Gnanaseelan, Mrs Sarmatha Priyatharshan (Academic Coordinator of the Higher Diploma in English ), and Mrs T.Piranavamalar (Assistant Registrar of the CDCE).
