Our Story

On August 1, 2023, the University of Vavuniya will mark its second anniversary. In honor of this occasion, the Career Guidance Unit at the University of Vavuniya has planned to host the Royal Alumnus Day Celebration on 26th August 2023 at University premises, Pampaimadu, with the help of the Vavuniya University Community. The Royal Alumnus Day event is to highlight the university’s accomplishments and services to society while fostering a sense of pride, solidarity, and lifelong ties within the alumni community. The University Career Guidance Unit will be able to use it as a platform to link current students with accomplished alumni, foster networking opportunities, and provide career advice and support. These resources can assist students in making educated decisions on their higher education and potential job paths.
