Conference Theme

The theme of ITAM–32, "Technology-Based Entrepreneurship and Humanity of the Future," is particularly relevant to Sri Lanka's higher education and national development agenda, especially in the context of digital transformation, innovation-driven entrepreneurship, and university–industry collaboration.

A Message from the Organizers

On behalf of the University of Vavuniya, we are delighted to announce the 32nd International Conference on IT Applications and Management (ITAM32), in collaboration with the International ITAM Society, the University Business Linkage (UBL), the Centre for International Affairs (CIA), and the Korean key contributors—the Korea Data Strategy Society, the Korea Internet e-Commerce Association, and the Korea Data Agency—will be held on 24th February 2026 at the University of Vavuniya. This prestigious global event will bring together distinguished professionals, academics, researchers, and industry leaders from all over the world to exchange knowledge, showcase cutting-edge innovations, and foster strategic collaborations in the fields of Information Technology and Management.

Conference Objectives

  • Facilitate the exchange of academic knowledge, experience, culture, and global perspectives
  • Promote international collaborative research
  • Encourage innovative applications of information technology and progressive management practices
  • Strengthen industry partnerships and regional development initiatives

The conference will include a pre-conference keynote on "The Future of Asia", the main conference sessions, and a post-conference cultural and academic visit to Sigiriya and Kandy, providing an enriching academic and cultural experience for international delegates.
